Hello, friend. It's nice to see you.
I am a professional coach, facilitator, writer, and creator.
I help people move through transformational change using rapid + deep emotional intelligence.
In most cases, I see transformation begin in as little as two days.
I began my career in the pharmaceutical research industry working as a Marketing Executive in Seattle, Washington. Over the course of that engagement, I maintained responsibility for all B2B and B2C communications for two corporate offices and 43 clinical research study sites as well as primary responsibility for the communications strategies of the C-Suite and the Business Development team.
I advanced by working in the marketing and advertising space for agencies in Seattle, helping to launch products for Microsoft and Hewlett Packard as well as other businesses.
In 2004, leveraging my background in Anatomy & Physiology, I went back to school to become a Certified Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist. I maintained a private practice through 2009 doing body work and life coaching.
In 2007, I founded a modern brand development and communications firm which focused on bringing brands and communities together in interactive experiences. I worked with a variety of SMB and Enterprise businesses, helping them to craft organizational strategy and launch new initiatives with their teams and first tier partners worldwide. During this time, I was frequently coaching business leaders and business owners on behavioral change, their work with teams, and best business practices. I found that I truly loved it.
By 2013, I began the a variety of certifications in behavioral, cognitive and emotional intelligence and developed my focus as a professional executive coach. I also began my formal coaching training and became certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I have worked extensively with professionals in the food & beverage, technology, finance and healthcare industries.
