The urgency of culture shifts often has companies jumping into change without clear information or an informed strategic plan. When this happens, a problematic leadership culture quickly devolves into a wicked mess.
The COLLECTIVE CREATIVITY™ system takes a look at the whole picture. We begin by identifying the creative leadership and management styles of individual leaders and then find the connection to how this fits with the needs of the rest of the team responsible for change. Then we deeply analyze the team culture of the group responsible for a change, teaching new leadership strategies and processes for making the change. Finally, we set an immediate Action Roadmap, starting with a 30/60/90 day plan to actualize the transition, a plan for implementation, and a system for measuring and refining the change.
Throughout, we continue to return to the development of the core team leaders and offer them processes and systems to mentor and develop creative leadership, communication, and safety on their teams.
At the end of this work, participants feel like a cohesive collective ready to tackle deep issues in their organization and ready to repeat the system they have learned to facilitate new transformation and change.
ONE-on-ONE PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR CORE TEAM LEADERS: For a full 6 months, I meet with each participant once a month to review their work and their needs and to start forming the outline of a plan for behavioral change.
THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE 360 PROFILE + REPORT: COLLECTIVE CREATIVITY™ includes a full Leadership Circle 360 assessment, profile/reference guide and binder, and debrief for each leader being coached.
THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE – CULTURE ASSESSMENT: COLLECTIVE CREATIVITY™ helps the key leader in charge of a team to assess where the team is, where they want to go, and what they could reach further on based on comparison metrics from top organizations across the US, North America, and Worldwide. A two-day in person session helps the team debrief this report and set a clear and measurable strategy for what comes next.
MONTHLY ‘COLLECTIVE’ MEETINGS: COLLECTIVE CREATIVITY™ works to keep the economy of the program approachable for the organization by offering monthly collective meetings in an online forum in a private video space. Participants can join from wherever they are and still see their colleagues face-to-face for group discussions and strategic planning.
IN-PERSON CLOSING CELEBRATION: COLLECTIVE CREATIVITY™ brings together the team in person to create community and connection with a live presentation day and a celebration dinner at the close of the program.
