H is for HELP

H is for HELP because we can't do it on our own.  And we shouldn't.  It's unwise and it doesn't really teach us anything.  By asking for assistance in business and in life, we open ourselves up to a higher connection with our fellow people.  We allow ourselves an opportunity to genuinely understand someone, weakness and all.  

By offering something with no expectation of something in return, we give from a place of generosity and create a space where someone can be compelled to give the same to us in return.  And we get comfortable with our own vulnerability, which is the most difficult request and the greatest gift of all.  

Help is reciprocal and it's consistent.  What do you do to give help?  More importantly, how do you ask for it?
